|The Conference Center is an exciting resource you can use to learn new insights, polish skills and stimulate your thinking so that you can get from where you are to where you want to go as a leaderall in the comfort and convenience of your home or office.
The Conference Center offers one-hour teleclasses that provide training in practical skills you need to succeed as a leader. Each teleclass is very focused, addressing topics that can be thoroughly explored in a one-hour session. Interaction between participants is an important workshop ingredient that adds spontaneity and depth to the learning experience.
How It Works
Once you have selected the teleclass you wish to attend, you’ll be instructed to pay your registration fee to Compass Leadership Coaching by a specified date. Once your registration fee is received, I’ll send you a workbook via e-mail that will enable you to prepare for the teleclass. You’ll also receive a phone number that will give you access to the class and instructions about how to participate.
Using the workbook, you’ll do some work in advance and be prepared to participate during the workshop. Input and feedback from workshop participants is critical to making the session valuable to all.
